EMILY CORPUZ
Emily is the owner of Empilates, a certified Fletcher Pilates® Teacher, and a Program Facilitator for The Ron Fletcher Company®. She is also recognized as a certified Pilates Method Alliance Teacher. In San Francisco, Emily has helped develop pilates programs for the University of California, Kaiser Permanente, and the Jewish Community Center. Emily's teaching conveys the inherent physical awareness and vitality of pilates to people of all ages and fitness levels.

CHRISTY CROWLEY
Christy holds a faculty position with the Ron Fletcher Program of Study®. She has studied with Ron Fletcher and spent several years teaching under the Director of the Ron Fletcher Program in Tucson, AZ. Relocated to the Bay Area, Christy is very inspired to share the wisdom of Ron Fletcher's teaching and work with her students. Her focus on precision and love of Fletcher Pilates® allows her to bring her students to a place of grace and freedom in movement.
